In order to ensure our clients are supplied with only the best people for their accountancy vacancies, all candidates are put through a pre-selection process when registering with Allen Accountancy Recruitment, prior to our clients receiving their CV.As part of the pre-selection process all candidates undergo a face to face pre-selection interview with a trained Recruitment Consultant, will have their CV examined and their qualifications, identity and work eligibility checked and confirmed.
As part of our philosophy of providing a value-added, effective and ethical recruitment service, Allen Accountancy Recruitment is a Corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and as such is bound by its Code of Practice and also utilises its standard Terms and Conditions and Fee Structure.
The Terms & Conditions and Fee Structure (for a full copy please contact us) are the product of a joint agreement between the REC and the DTI and are seen by both parties as a fair guideline as to what a recruiting organisation can expect from a Recruitment Consultancy and at what cost.
