Personal Tax Departmental Manager

Allen Accountancy Recruitment's client is a well known national firm of accountants. Due to recent expansion the firm now requires an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join its Edinburgh based team.
The role will primarily involve running and managing the firms Personal Tax compliance department. This will include supervising members of staff, liaising with Partners, ensuring the compliance function is run smoothly and accurately, creating and maintaining client relationships and identifying and carrying out advisory work.
Suitable applicants will be experienced Personal Tax professionals with managerial experience ideally obtained within a medium sized accountancy practice. Holding either CTA, CA or ACCA qualifications will be advantageous but not essential as technical ability and managerial skills are of primary importance for this role.
